My Dwarven Name was Thráin Songhand. I think it sounds regal, or at least the first part does.

I'm Kár Bloodvisor. At first I thought that was pretty cool, but upon reflection it summons images of grisly Drivers-Ed filmstrips....

Re: Dwarf Name Generator

My real name comes back with Trán*Stealthnose (what kind of surname is "stealthnose" (I sneeze silently, Ha!)) My screenname comes back with either Trór*Icehammer or Róin*Saphireskin, depending on whether I put the underscore into Eldar_14 (ezboard won't let me have an underscore in my name for some reason) Both of which are so much better than my real name. (I personally like Trór Icehammer better)

Re: Dwarf Name Generator

My name comes out as: Nîm Cleverplate. Isnt Nim the name of the dward that Turambar lived with? (After reading The Sill for the first time, all the different character names have me confusticated.)

Re: Dwarf Name Generator

I'm Bror Oakenslayer. So I attack defenseless trees then. My screen name comes out as Gorin Clawpike- quite fiting for a warrior methinks.
Welcome to the Barrow-Downs Covenanter! Business is a bit slow around here but it will speed up.

Witch King of Angmar 11-14-2001 07:33 PM

My name was Fror Clawskin. I don't really like that name to much.

Elrian 11-14-2001 08:08 PM

Mine was Tror Lightninghammer Too masculine!

KayQy 11-15-2001 08:39 AM

My truename begets Bifur Lightningarmour. My signame begets Náin Thunderanvil. I guess I´ve got a stormy personality.

Eowyn of Ithilien 11-15-2001 02:34 PM

Nalin Oakenanger
ummmmmmm

Lostgaeriel 11-16-2001 12:07 AM

My Dwarf name is Grór Songtears. I'm not so thrilled about the first name, but the second name is sad - almost Elvish in feel.

Does anyone know what my Elvish name, Lostgaeriel, translates to? I got it from the generator too. (Root: Lostgaer)

The Barrow-Wight 11-16-2001 06:16 AM

Lost= 'empty'
gaer= 'sea'

So Lostgaer means 'Empty Sea' literally.

Mhoram 11-16-2001 11:49 AM

Trán Thundersinger

niiiiiice.

Kin-strife 11-17-2001 01:16 PM

My real name is Rundin Iceylegs and my sig name is Kŕr Iceyfist, so either way I'm a pretty icey individual.

shieldmaiden 11-17-2001 02:06 PM

Rundin Oakenlegs, hmm a bit true cause I can't dance.

The Barrow-Wight 11-21-2001 08:22 AM

My family name was "Rubylegs". I wonder what that says about my dancing abilities.
