I don't think there's anything for Q, except Quendi or Quenya, but since those two are not unique to the UT, I'll proceed with 'R'.

R is Roquen:
Roquen means 'knight'. It is the formal name for a man that has the title of knight. Ohtar is the title for a man that is a soldier or warrior, but hasn't got that title yet. Ohtar, Isildur's esquire, was named that by Isildur because he did not have the title of 'roquen' yet. Ohtar was not his real name.

P.S.: Pallando B.C., please realise that for people who don't have UT it is quite hard to put in answers that are unique to UT. I think elven maiden Earwen is trying to put in answers that do submit in this category, but is unexperienced in UT.
