It is a new feature implemented for a couple reasons. First, to showcase the many themes we have already created and many people were apparently not seeing. Secondly, to bamboozle those restless spirits who felt neccesary to complain whenever a theme lasted more than a few weeks. Most are still convinced we've just created 19 new themes just for them! I'm glad you are liking them. They will continue to rotate until we finish the new theme that we are working on. Once that one is opened, it will be exclusive for a month or so and then we'll keep going back to the rotation.
