I was under the impression that it was all Tolkien, J.R.R. Tolkien that is. Did Christopher Tolkien ever include his own original works into his "Middle Earth work", for lack of a better term? I always thought that Chris Tolkien merely published commentary on notes and such that his father had not published/completed in addition to the actual uncomplete/unpublished works. If this is not the case and Chris Tolkien included his own material in the published Silmarillion and other works then I might have to rethink my opinion stated in the above post.
