The other rings are not fully mentioned.
But there is spoken of powers etc.
So you know who had to have a ring. like Elrond, cause there was a power in Rivendell that could withstand the force of the dark-lord for a while if it must and flooding of the river near rivendell that Elrond caused.
We all know of Galadrieland and her ring.
And offcourse Gandalf had a ring he was the one who said to frodo he that he had to take the ring of (in the breaking of the company or something).
and more little stuff like that.
