In Finland our register plates(or whatever...) consists of 3 letters and 1 to 3 numbers. That sets certain limits.Maybe something like
ENT-5(ents)
OSS-3(ossë)
TAR-1(tári=queen in Quenya)
AIW-3(aiwë=bird in Q.)
BIL-80(bilbo)
GAM-633(gamgee)
oh well, I doubd I never get one of these 'cause they're quite expensive.
