When you're convinced that your computer hates you, because for over 24 hours it will connect to any site you want,
except for the 'Downs, and feel very saddened because you can't get on and talk about LotR with all your LotR-obsessed friends, or talk about your obsession. Then, you feel like dancing for joy when you can get on again, and find out that you weren't missing anything, because the problem was with the site, not you.
