The other two covers I saw were of Gandalf and Aragorn--I didn't see the fourth (each cover says 1 of 4)--but I sadly doubt the fourth was of my Sam. Grrrr.

You're right. The fourth cover was Gollum! (I purchased the one with Aragorn, since they didn't have Frodo in the store.)

But I wouldn't worry about Samwise. The buzz is that he comes off as the real hero of the movie, and that his acting is so good that some of the critics are saying he deserves an Oscar...
