i think Sam and Rosie should sing "All I Ask of You" from phantom of the opera during the shourering of the shire

lets see maybe some one sing "Up, UP, UP, to the hevy side lair" when sam carries frodo to Mt. doom?

Saruman: In my coat of many colors (from Joseph and the technicolored dream coat)

Arwen: Love Me Love Me (Dont know name of Artist) --Dureing that mushy bridg scene

Sauron singing the theme from Phantom of the Opera to Frodo and Sam in Mordor...think about it...
"My power over you
Grows stronger yet
And though you turn from me
To glass behind
The phantom of the opera is there
Inside your mind..."

Yes, gotta love Joseph! "It was red and yellow and green and brown and scarlet and black and ochre and peach and ruby and olive and violet and faun..." I know the rest, but I'm too lazy to go on.
Ok, I saw it on Mouth of Sauron, but it's great!

"The Orcs are gonna have their day tonight"
"The West is gonna have its way tonight."

And since I'm also a Mizzie, there is this line in Les Miserables that would fit in excellently if Gandalf said it. Guess where?
"This is a warning to us all, these are the shadow of the past."

In fact, if LotR were a musical, Colm Wilkinson would make a good Gandalf.
Again, merging Les Mis and LotR, Arwen could sing "I Saw Him Once" or "In My Life", Eowyn could sing "On My Own", Gandalf could sing "Bring Him Home" to Gwaihir when telling him to go rescue Frodo and Sam.

Oh, and Rebecca Caine might make a good Arwen. I think Lea Salonga would be a good Eowyn, but I won't recommend, her, as she is blonde.
Thanx to MANY people for those quotes...Well, there are those people who keep taking the JOSEPH idea before I can post it, but oh well! and Thanx to Rhynoah the overly-happy for the gollum phatom of the opera post on the 'LOTR meets ALW' thread! it was realllly funny!

Anyways, For some reason I composed music for the TB poems, but I can't write it out in a legible format (if any format at all...) and I can really imagine Frodo skipping along the trails to Mordor while grinning idiotically...yes I know I'm strange
