Great choices all around. I was tempted with the Aragorn, and even more so with the Bilbo, but I think I'll have to go with Treebeard. I know it sounds like an odd choice but I have reasons, some of which I consider good, and others, very silly.
I'll start with the very silly one:
Nobody else has chosen him, and dang it, I wanna be original. See? Told you it was silly.
Now, on to the good reasons:
1. Treebeard knows A LOT of stuff about Middle Earth and has a very unique perspective on it. There'd be so much to learn.
2. I love forests and being outside and I'll bet that hanging out with tree shepherds would increase that and I'd learn more about nature.
3. I'd either learn patience or go mad. Since I'm already slightly cracked and I like to try new things, the only option left seems to be that of learning patience.
4. Ent-draughts make hobbits grow taller. I'll be able to reach the plates in the cabinet at my house!
Of course, I'd have to venture off to see elves at some point, even if it's just for a little while. You can't go to Middle Earth and not see the elves.
I quote "Green Eggs and Lembas" submitted, I believe, by Eruwen some weeks back:
"Master, we'll go see the elves
We'll go and see the elves ourselves
We'll hear them sing their elven songs
We'll hear them bong their elven gongs
And strum their elven lala-lutes
And hoot their elven hooty-toots!"
I threw that in there just for Skippy the Nazgul.
