That would depend on who did the proposal! But I would hope that it would be wild and free-swinging, with one sister (you know who) unexpectedly going after a ship which just happened to have the other sister on it and some of her sister's friends. How Rueil would play into this is anyone's guess! This incident could possibly be set four years later and be the precipitating event that led to Eckthelion's decision to let Thorongil have a go against the Corsair fleet.
