Mithiel lept forward, ignoring the pain in her snout, hearing the sounds of battle. She ran to the wolf in the middle of the courtyard.
"Please," She said desperately, "My puppies, my children are in the alley, they haven't even opened their eyes yet. If I don't get the soon they will be trampled! There are three and I need help carrying them, please."
Mithiel pleaded desperately.
She wasn't sure she could trust the wolf, but considering she was a canine as herself, maybe she would understand her predicatment.
She waited for the wolf's answer, her heart pounding with fright.
