Anarya followed closely behind Legolas, keeping to the shadows of the growing night. The moon shone, distant and cold in the black sky. She did not know where Legolas led her, as he sped closely upon the tail of Rudhchamion. She clutched her bow in her hand, but she did not know why, for there was no danger that she knew of that could be lurking among the trees. Maybe more evil and fell creatures, but after their run in with the giant bats the preivous afternoon they would not be out again for another few days.
