As the morning turned to afternoon two travellers and their horse stumbled into town, and made their way towards the Inn. Arrayed mostly in greys and blues, they had were covered in the dust of the road (which, unfortunatly, the grey showed up quite well) they were quite clearly a male and female couple. The horse was little better off, but his, well, there is no other colour for it, mouse coat definatly needed a good brush down.
Upon reaching the inn, the female remained outside with the horse fittingly called Baranroch, while her husband, Galathil, went to search for the inn-keeper.
Lawarglin, the female, settled herself with a sigh, and waited for Galathil to return with the news of whether there was any room in this inn. The last three had been full as, in the decade since King Elessar regained the throne of Gondor, the roads (and inns) had become rather busy.
