Fog sounds great. Could we have it for the whole duration of the rescue, with at least a bit spilling over onto the land?

I have a question. How "busy" would the Siril have been at night? Would there have been any other small boats chugging up the river? Would there have been any fishing boats quietly docked by the side of the river, perhaps with crew asleep? I need to understand this for my storyline.
