Cami bustled in to the Inn, and gave a courteous nod to Merin. She pulled back gently on his arm. "Best leave the Elf and woman to themselves for a minute. They've not seen each other in many a day, and will have a heap of stories to catch up on over the next hour or so."

She smiled over at him, "Man of Rohan, perhaps I can help a little. My name is Cami Goodchild. Some know me better as Cami Zara-gamba, or Oldbuck in Westron, but that's a tale that will bear waiting for another day."

"I'm in and out of these parts, and come by way of Greenwood from another time and place. I am a good friend to Pio and have come to welcome the birth of her twins."

"I don't carry enough clout to secure you a position here, but the staff still carry enough memories of me to slip you into a chamber for one night with no questions asked."

Cami slid behind the desk, and pulled out a key for one of the rooms set aside for the comfort of the big folk. "Give the two of them a bit of time. Miz Pio hasn't even explained things yet to Aman. After that, you may indeed want to approach the woman to ask about work, if that is your desire. We are always looking for folk to help with the mounts in the stables. And, being from Rohan will stand you in good stead."

Then she bade good day to Merin and suggested he wash up in his room, providing him with a supply of cloths to help tend his wounds.
