Erulon and his friend smile at each orther. Rie could be vary interesting to talk to. They both thought it over, then came to an agreement.
"What ever is the cooks specialty or what your having is fine with us."
"Its nice to meet you Telamarie. I don't feast on shire specialtys often. So what ever you recomend is fine with me. Elvish food probaly won't be found anywhere around here"
"If you need any help make shure to call me Rie. I'm always happy to help. Oh and bring a doubble helping for me. I'm starving!!"
She made her way off to get them all to somthing good to eat. Thats when Irwen started to speak.
"We can stay here for a time. Yet you know it isn't your home. You know where we have to go. Even though Ries hospitality is so fine. She is a good friend it seems."
Erulon smiled. "Yes she is and that is why I can tell her of our recent journey. We can trust her. If we can trust anyone in the whole of the shire it is her."
The elfs bright laughter seemed to tinkle now. He now realized that Rie though differnt from almost any of the second born he had met. Was kind, good and decent. These where the small but great strenths of men.
Telamerie made her way back to the table with a steaming platter. " How good Rie I can smell it from here! Thank you again."
