Bordarigorn had all that he could take of the Orcs. Many times did he encounter them, but never did he felt more disgust over the creatures then now. As he blew the horn, he could see the blast have its effect. He ran towards the crowded group and started to battle at will. Any foe he encountered found himself facing the wrong end of his spear or the powerful blade of Bordarigorn's knife. And powerful it was. Bordarigorn envied the elves for their grace, but when it came to combat he found himself superior. He had always been a brawler and no one he ever met had outmatched him in strength.
He bashed and stabbed his way trough the cave and soon found himself deeper than he had expected. An Easterling came running passed him and tried to escape since he was unarmed, but Bordarigorn would not let him pass. With a hard kick he smashed the Easterling's kneecap and he grabbed him by the neck.
"Tell me rat! Where is the prisoner?! Speak!" Bordarigorn shouted in his face.
Trough the babbles of pain Bordarigorn heard:
"He is out. Kane has gone after him."
Bordarigorn stabbed the Easterling in the head, pinning him to the cave wall for a second, and then headed back. With anger burning inside of him he cutted a path back to the exit. An Orc jumped him from behind and clamped on to his shoulder. His grubby hands made little wounds and Bordarigorn tried to shake him of. With his free hand he managed to grab the leg and Bordarigorn jerked the rat of his shoulder and threw him against the wall.
Reaching the outskirts of the cave, Bordarigorn discovered a body lying further ahead. It was the body of Durelin. Rage crept into Bordarigorn and if it was not for his love for Anuion he would have ran back to eradicate every breathing creature. He quickly found some tracks leading into the forest and he ran as if his own life depended on it. He scouted ahead, seeing if his friend was anywhere in sight and he soon found what he was looking for. Only not the picture he had hoped for: He found Anuion, but two Easterlings held him down. One male and one female. The female had her knife on his throat and the other Easterling was sitting on his back.
Bordarigorn grabbed his bow and fitted an arrow on the string. He walked over to Anuion and aimed at the girl.
"Listen up rat! As we speak, your men are dying and mine are victorious! Your mission is over. Let the elf go and I will not impale you! That goes for your friend as well!" Bordarigorn yelled at them, while moving in closely.
The girl did not move at all.
