Balrog: demon of fire.
Dragon: breather of fire.
Balrog's fire can burn a dragon's hide (I suppose) and its wip can cut dragon hide, can certainly blind dragon.
Dragon's fire cannot harm a fire demon, may even add to its strength.
Advantage: Balrog.
