<BR> Religous Hobbits</b><br><br> <br> When trapped, say, at work, I steer clear of politics, religion, sexual orientation. But here, people can feel free to express themselves.<br> <br> All the LOTR fans that I know personally are quite Christian (usually nondenominational). I don't picture the main characters of LOTR noting Sunday or any other day as a Sabath day, or of offering up prayers to be saved, or giving of tithes and offerings.<br> <br> Boromir's funeral speaks for itself as far as a faith for Aragorn, Gimli and Legolas.<br> <br> It seems clear in LOTR that JRRT was certainly spiritually minded...but then, he was an "Inkling" along with C.S.
