If I could add a full scene, I would add the all merry-pippin story (there's a hole chapter on it in the FOTR).However, if I could add just a few sentences, I would add either Bilbo at the White Council or Pippin saying "The Lord Of The Ring Has Awaken !" when Frodo wakes up at Rivendell.
