Quite clever, by no means was this a "stupid question". Entish, Elvish, and Dwarvish are all like the people that speek them. Thus:
Entish is a fairly rough, long winded, almost swaying language. It progresses in thought nearly as fast as trees progress in growth.
Elvish is almost musical and full of vowels (just look into the aspects of Finnish and I believe you should be fairly close to Tolkien's intended pronunciations.
Dwarvish is a sharper, rougher language with many accents and lots of rough syllables (Khazad). You might be able to compare it to some form of rough arabic.
