Elrond
Elendil
Anrarion
Isildur
Elendur
Maybe Melendil
Durin 4th
Cirdan
Galadriel
Celeborn
Either Mal-Galad or Amroth, or both.
Either Oropher or Thranduil, or both.
Glorfindel
And other possible Elven/Mannish advisors.
