Probably something like this:

Three have the elven kings in deepest woods
Seven have the dwarf lords in halls of stone
Nine has mortal man, doomed to sleep
One has the prince of darkness for evil and hurt

One ring can bring them all
In darkness chain them all

I really don't get the thing about the nine and the "doomed to sleep" thing. That's one thing they didn't do.
