You'll find all kinds of people here at BD, like me for example, I have ordered it! It's beautiful! But I agree; I have never seen it in the movie, and if it had been there, I would have seen it (due to my research on Sarumans costume, which I have made for the Big Day :-). Maybe it appears in the second movie. He should have had a Ring too, but I never noticed that.
