Most missed scene: the Houses of Healing (this will change after EEE RotK)
Scene that made the most shivers run up my spine: the ending of the battle of Helm's Deep. That was just heroic. Runner-up: Galadriel's "but there were some who resisted. A last alliance of men and elves marched against the armies of Mordor...". It's also heroic!
