[img]smilies/smile.gif[/img] Another distinguishing characteristic separating fantasy from fancy is that fantasy is a story with plot, characters, setting, conflict, beginning, trials, climax, conclusion. A Fancy is perhaps the notion that sets the writer to THINKING about the fantasy story to be written.
Actually, a giant moving carnivorous postbox makes me think of science fiction or horror instead of fantasy.
