Bilbo: Ian Holm, you'd be supprised what make-up can do
Smaug: voice would be really cool with James Earl Jones!
Gandalf: Ian McKellen (I can't spell his name)
and if Orlando make his appearance, I will be very happy
As for everyone else, I haven't the slightest idea
