The Blue Wizards were named Allatar and Pallando, and they were chosen by Orome the Huntsman, who was really quite terrifying to the servants of Evil, because he had a big scary horn.
Anyway, I'm sure the Blue Wizards did their own little part in the War of the Ring, if they didn't go to Evil too...
