I have the 2nd Ed. now. CT notes in the Preface:
"I have removed a number of errors in the text and index which until now have escaped correction in the hardback printings... Chief among these are those that concern the numbering and sequence of certain of the rulers of Numenor [see UT and PoME for explanation]."
Letter 131 is is also given with some 'minor corrections and omission of some footnotes'.
