In case anyone wonders what the answer to Firefoot's unanswered question was-
Beor and the other early men that crossed into Beleriand come to mind. They became vassals under the Noldorin Kings. Beor actually means "vassal"- but Beor and his people did not have blonde hair.
So, I can only assume that the answer was the blonde-headed Marach or one of his descendants- Hador, Gundor, Galdor, or Hurin. My guess would be Hador, since he was specifically known as the "golden-headed" or "golden-haired".
