The Easterlings were the people entering the Black gate in Two Towers. The scene where Sam Falls down the mountain and Frodo follows him and throws his cloak over them as a disguise. They were also at the battle at the black gate and the battle of pellonnor fields.
(Atleast I think these were the easterlings, correct me if I'm wrong and if not who were they?)
