You really
can buy a Legolas/Bloom wig. And you can also buy a Gandalf 'kit' with the wig and beard, and I'm sure I saw an 'Aragorn kit' somewhere. I've never yet seen any Saruman fingernails though, nor a set of fake 'Gollum teeth'.
