It's supposed to be the name of the river, near Lindon. The name has a story behind it. I'm not sure about the 'arda,' though.

Arwen...*laughs out loud then catches herself, reducing the guffaws to chuckles* I love the Lhunartemis name, by the way. Very nice play on the words. But isn't that a bit contradictory? Lhuna *chuckles yet again* being goddess of the moon and Artemis the goddess of hunting...unless I'm both.
