I have to say I have been guilty of missing an 'a.' I knew it was supposed to be there, and my mind projected it as there, but my fingers didn't make it happen. And I think it's still misspelled somewhere in a post...somewhere... I remember seeing it and feeling so bad...and stupid.
I always feel like it's the greatest insult to spell anyone's name wrong when it's staring you in the face....and mostly it's simply insulting to yourself.
