I’m of the opinion that the mod is there solely to facilitate the amusement of the players and should thus keep as far out of the way as possible once the playing has started. It was not an easy decision andin the end it did not make any difference. However my attitude was that the players were there to facilitate my amusement - which they agreed to when they signed up- which made my conscience clearer. So all difficult decisions were decided on the basis of "what is most interesting for me?". So much easier to please one person than 12....
