1. There's no forum law against a new identity; you lose your post count from the old one, of course, but your new account is permissable.
2. It sounds like the statement about BW's retirement comes from the Mirth forum. Don't take it seriously.
3. Since these questions are new, not answered on the Forum FAQ thread or elsewhere, a new thread is fine. No rules broken.
4. Everyone makes mistakes. No sense in condemning someone for being human.
5. Our RPGs are not usually so fast that time zones make that much of a difference. There are quite a few of us who live on other continents than North America! If you want to take part in a game, you should check with the moderator(s) and game owners. As to your status for posting in the Rohan forum, please PM Bęthberry about that.
