It is difficult to fathom simply because we do not know whether or not
Sauce is a Werewolf or not. Of course, knowing that wouldn't necessarily clear things up, but in light of today's showdown between the two of you, I think it would pretty clearly exonerate you if he were to be a Werewolf.
If, on the other hand,
Saucepan Man is innocent, then the implication would be very clear that you were likely a Werewolf.
Of course, there could still remain the great tragedy of two innocents playing off each other...
That last possibility is what scares me...
