Kind of...umm...I just sat here and tried figuring it out, and I got really confused. <img src=rolleyes.gif ALT=":rolleyes"> Eldarion is the daughter of Aragorn (your basic man, right?) and Arwen. Now, Arwen is the daughter of Elrond and Celebrķan. Elrond was a half-elf and Celebrķan...I just don't know, but she was the daughter of Celeborn and Galadriel, so I guess she was an elf.
When it all comes down to it, Eldarion is like...um..3/8-elven. The numbers don't really matter I guess, but yes, as far as I can tell, she is basically half-elven.
