I don't personally keep notes of my own, but those who do usually give them at the end of the game. It's rather fun to see who had it right towards the beginning and who was 100% certain and was way off. We already know I was 73% certain and was way off!
So yes, you're welcome to post you notes/log at the end of the game. Usually people just finish conversation about the game in that individual game thread once it has played to completion.
