Well, I personally would not wish to add anything that might encourage members to be silent. This safety vote can easily be abused on a day that you would normally be under a lot of pressure or suspicion. Sure, there is always something that can come up, but I’d rather treat that as either tough luck or – in case of something more serious – I don’t think your focus would be on the game anyway.
It can be harsh to lose the game due to real life circumstances (and I know, just look at what happened in the phantom’s game), but on the other hand, it can often go wrong due to no (clear) fault of your own and I think it’s in the interest of the quality of the game to keep it fun for the group, not for every separate individual.
But I’ll stop talking now and let you plan your own game!
