Bombur and Chief of Wargs were the ones under threat of being cast out today. However, the arguments against Bombur won out. "He's fat and lazy and does nothing around the camp!!" Bullroarer cried. "He eats all our food!!" Gloin shouted. "He puts thoughts in our heads about Elves having secret feasts in the forest!!!" Fili yelled at the top of his voice. The votes that night were contained to the main two under threat:

William, who was starving, jumped off his stool as Bombur made ready to leave, and he ate Bombur up, bones, flesh and everything.
