Not that I know of, though it's possible the administration could.

If it is more blessed to give than to receive, it would be interesting to have a list of those who give the most reputations. The Barrow-Wight has compiled a list on occasion in the past, but as far as I know, there's no public access to that information normally. Anyway, if we all concentrated more on giving points than receiving them, we would all have an active, not passive, role in the reputation system.
