Hm, after thinking about this a little more, I've come to another conclusion.
I think my quest ( in reality, not in theory) is to become a better person myself. That would mean throwing away (in the Crack of Doom?) such characteristics as vanity, selfishness, hate etc. I guess that would also be quite close to what Frodo had to do, because this would mean giving up a part of one's self. And that is a really difficult task!
Also, if everyone would try to do this, the world would be a much better place... [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]
