I really liked unfinished tales. I really liked the stories about tuor and turin. I'd give it a 9 out of 10. And for some reason I really liked the lost road and other writings. My faveourite book from lotr would have to be ttt. For some reason I really liked the beginning where aragorn, legolas and gimli are running after merry and pippin. And gollum is one of my favourite chrarcters and i really liked reading about him.
