Cordelia smiled at Elfride. She had known the woman for a very long time. They never had a chance to get together all that much, under circumstances that didn't require some medical attention.
"Elfride, I highly doubt that we should stay here to discuss our problems and thought processes of a certain journey we are about to embark on. Any shady character can wander into this place and learn of what we plan to do and tell the correct people, making our job even more dangerous. What say you to perhaps heading to the homestead?"
