I will definitely wait some days before starting the game, because it seems to be a busy period for everyone.
Whether those who have limited time available can sign up depends on the amount of players I will eventually be able to recruit. Otherwise: if you want and think you can play, it's completely up to you. Lack of participation will be punished eventually, but I am quite lenient overall.
