I read the books ages ago but had forgotten a lot of the details by the time I came to watch the movie. Now I'm reading the books again ( along with two other fantasy novels) aswell as listening to The Hobbit (unabridged version) in the car aswell as loggin in to the barrowdowns site... and all that can only be a good thing!
