Some were in Valinor, some were in Lasgalen, some were wanderers, and there were some in Loth-Lorien. To my way of thinking, the Noldor were fading, they were leaving, they didn't need a high king, they needed a ship!
Anyway you are welcome to try and change my way of thinking if you wish.
