We're supposed to get an ice storm tonight. The areas north of town are the worst hit. Someone from the northern U.S. (or Scandinavia
) would laugh to see how the tiniest bit of ice or snow can tangle up my city. Hopefully, our power will hang in there.
This is affecting large chunks of the country. My 95-year old mother lives 1,000 miles from me, and she had to be evacuated due to ice and power outages.
